This is a previously unreleased 10 minute opus in response to the U.S.Patriot Act.. It was composed as a soundtrack piece for Zaina Alwan's art installation called "The Patriot Act" which showed at Joshua Tree's Red Arrow Gallery in 2008.. The piece contains four movements, which examine paranoia, privacy, and government overreach. It also contains the original version of "They're Watching", which was eventually re-recorded and included on GR's fouth studio album, "Miracles & Metaphors".
